Bushfire claim information
CIL is ready to help bushfire victims
CIL is urging all policyholders affected by the Victorian bushfires to contact the company immediately by calling 1800 112 481, (Press 3 for claims).
We understand that this is a harrowing time for those affected and our deepest sympathies go out to those who have lost loved ones.
CIL’s priority is to meet the immediate needs of our customers. CIL has dedicated claims staff on hand for immediate assistance and has a contact centre set up in Whittlesea (in conjunction with Apia).
For those customers with caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers or relocatable homes destroyed or damaged by these bushfires, CIL offers the following advice:
- - The priority is your personal safety. Do not attempt any temporary repairs or clean up that may place you in harm’s way.
- Call 1800 112 481 (Press 3 for claims) as soon as possible.
- Emergency funding to help with living expenses is available immediately.
